PUNCTUALITY & DISCIPLINE
As all are
aware that punctuality & discipline is a back bone of any Institution.
It is felt that some staff members are not adhering to the punctuality
& discipline at their respective offices.
It is, therefore, advised that all staff members must give top most
priority to this aspect and ensure to attend the office well before the office
hours and in no case the office must close before the prescribed time schedule.
Further,
it is advised that no official will proceed on leave without submitting the
leave application and getting the same sanctioned from the concerned authority
at branch/H.O. level, as the case may be. In
case of emergent circumstances, prior information must be given to the concerned
authorities explaining the reasons therefor.
Any
deviation of the above instructions will be viewed very seriously.
