 Reg: Annual Maintenance Contract for Security Alarm System for the period    15.3.2007 to 14.3.2008

Security of the Bank branches is a of paramount importance and as a precautionary measures Alarm System has been installed at all the branches.  All the Incumbents Incharge are advised to ensure that the Alarm System installed at the branch is functional all the times. To ensure the same Bank has approved M/S Amar Systems, 74, Surat Nagar, Jinda Road, Maqsudan, Jalandhar City (Contact person Mr. Paramjit Singh, Mobile no. 98157-72890,Telephone No. 0181-2671224) for repairs of the Alarm System and to ensure to same remains functional. 

 The Annual Maintenance Contract with the firm has been entered into on the following terms and conditions.

 1.      The period of contract shall be valid from 15.3.2007 to 14.3.2008.

2.      The firm will make four mandatory visits to the branch in the year on quarterly basis at least one in each quarter, for the purpose of ensuring the maintenance of the Alarm System.

3.      No charges are to be paid to the approved firm for normal visits and minor repairs like breakage in circuit, change of resistance, capacitors etc.

4.      Replacement of major parts will be at cost basis (Rates list enclosed) however no labour charges are to be paid.

5.      The payment Annual Maintenance Contract for the services to the firm shall be made by the HO on the basis of the certificate given by the branches in respect of the satisfactory services provided to the branches by the firm and ensuring that the firm had made the required visits as per the contract. The Branch Manager must ensure the maintenance of proper record of visits by the representative of the firm itself in the SFF register where the Alarm System is entered.

6.      The amount of AMC is @ Rs.540/- per annum, however 50% amount will be paid after 2^nd visit and remaining 50% after 4^th visit.

 Further it must be ensured that the Security Alarm System in the branch is working properly. In case of any problem Incumbents Incharge are advised to take the matter with the firm directly under copy to us.
